WordPress のデフォルトの URL を変更できるプラグインを一覧にしてみました。

Edit Author Slug

Edit Author Slug は、専用画面からは「author」の部分を変更できるようにし、
各ユーザーのプロフィール編集画面からは「user_name」の部分を変更できます。
